Originally from Madrid, Spain, Felix R. Cid holds an MFA from Yale and is currently based in Brooklyn. His visually ravishing “X” project involved Cid travelling to EDM Festivals around the world, from Zurich to Paris and Sydney to New York, and snapping the youthful ravers.

The final compositions of the photographs are quite startling. Utilising an almost collage-effect, he creates an impressive sense of scale and amplitude. The images end up being reminiscent of a far off cosmos and milky way, or perhaps a specimen you’d find under a microscope.
