Back into the Past, or is this the Future?

Pete Amachree’s digital paintings are more complex than the obvious influences from London and New York City in the 19th century, there are also neon signs from the 1920s and 50s, and flying cars that seem to have hovered out of movies like the “Blade Runner” (1982) and “The Fifth Element” (1997). The artist is passionate about showing us a Steampunk inspired world of silhouettes and bright colors.
