All posted content/submitted material, and unless indicated otherwise, are accepted on the basis that the author grants Scene 360 a non-exclusive license, royalty-free, perpetual, to edit, adapt, publish, translate, and display such content within Scene360.com, or/and its affiliated and partner projects, publications in any form of media. All submissions are credited to their creator(s).

All submitted poetry, short stories, Flash films, artwork—individual projects created outside of Scene 360, are credited and remain property of their individual creators. All submissions must be reviewed before they are published on Scene 360. All writing and artwork should be your own. Plagiarism is unacceptable for submission.
